Winehouse Real Estate was created from a belief that property owners deserve a different level of representation.
After years working within the real estate industry and alongside some of the most respected professionals in the business, Kelly Sinclair recognised the elements that consistently create exceptional outcomes for clients: strong preparation, strategic marketing, skilled negotiation and genuine accountability.
She also recognised that the industry was changing. While technology, systems and data have transformed the way property is marketed and sold, the importance of trusted advice, personal relationships and experienced representation has remained the same.
Winehouse Real Estate was established to bring these principles together.

Kelly has a vast network of contacts from her past in real estate and business. A genuine people person with a capacity to attune herself to those from all walks of life, she adapts to a diversity of situations instilling huge trust and loyalty from her clients. Hugely empathic, warm, friendly, and calm under pressure, Kelly harnesses her discretion, pragmatism, and negotiating skills to get the job done.
Her journey into real estate was shaped by a strong foundation in business, having previously co-owned and operated a successful family security business. Kelly began in property management, moved into business development, and then transitioned into residential sales, where her natural ability to connect with people and her strong understanding of property came to the fore.
From the beginning, Kelly established herself as a high-performing salesperson, representing a diverse range of properties, from residential homes and investment properties through to high-end and lifestyle properties.
Kelly’s background in photography from Whitecliffe College of Arts and Design also provides her with a unique perspective when it comes to presenting property. Her creative eye and understanding of visual storytelling play an important role in preparing homes for market and creating campaigns that showcase each property’s true potential.
Outside of real estate, Kelly enjoys travelling, spending time with family, being on the water and life with her much-loved animals.
