Applying & moving in
Apply & get approved
Submit your application for screening. Once approved, we prepare your lease using up-to-date, compliant agreement software.
Sign & pay your bond
A bond of up to four weeks’ rent is collected and lodged with the RTA. Your first rent payment is due before the tenancy begins.
Entry condition report
Before you move in, we complete a full inspection — supported by photos and a 360° virtual tour — so the property’s condition is accurately recorded.
Collect your keys
Pick up your keys and settle in, with a clear induction covering everything you need to know.

What we ask of you
- Pay your rent on time, every time
- Keep the property reasonably clean and tidy
- Use the premises principally for living
- Report damage and needed repairs promptly
- Replace expired smoke-alarm batteries; never tamper with alarms
- Not disturb the neighbours
- Not alter the property without written permission
- Leave the property clean and return all keys when you vacate
